SERVICE: Accommodation in Bangkok (Thailand) and Saigon (Vietnam)

We arrived back home last night , about 21.00, after another very good trip which we again enjoyed. We thank you for all your help with the bookings, and especially for giving us your mobile number in case of an emergency (fortunately not needed!)

You might be interested in our opinions of the hotels you booked for us:-

Floral Shire airport hotel. This was a little gem, just right for what we wanted, & excellent value.

May Hotel, Saigon. A new hotel, very well equipped with comfortable rooms, large indoor swimming pool & free computer use.

Twin Towers, Bkk. We were disappointed this time. The quality of the room was still good, but breakfasts have gone down in quality since our previous visits. They have seriously reduced the number of staff, so plates remain on tables much longer. Although we have always had one hour free computer time per day previously this time they are charging 100B for 15 minutes which we thought was excessive. I pointed out to a manager that it was our 6th. visit but he refused to make any concessions.
