Thai Craft Fair

Inaugurated in 1975 as a Hilltribe Sales event, the fair was held at International School Bangkok’s former downtown campus. It grew steadily in numbers of vendors and attendance of customers. The fair gives village artisans from all over Thailand a venue to present top-quality handcrafted products at fixed and fair trade prices.

Air France to Fly to Cambodia after Decades of Absence

Nakhon Sawan Pak Nam Pho Chinese New Year Festival

TThis year, Nakhon Sawan province will start the year of Rabbit and celebrate 36 years of Sino-Thai relations. Highlights include a light-and-sound show with the Chao Phraya River providing the perfect backdrop, Thousand Hand Kuan Yin, Goddess of Mercy and Compassion — a special performance presented courtesy of the People’s Republic of China (PRC), a variety of other colourful stage performances, including Pak Nam Pho’s own Thai-Chinese performing arts, a fireworks display, and the Lan Boon plaza and Garden of Chinese Deities.

Airline Check-in Service at Bangkok Airport Rail Link Starts today

The Airport Link rapid-transit line from central Bangkok to Suvarnabhumi will start its air check-in service today at Makkasan City Air Terminal.

The check-in service is available only for passengers of with Thai Airways International and Bangkok Airways.

Tourists Rate Thai Food as the Top Attraction to Bangkok

Foreign tourists are mostly attracted by Thai food and hospitality, according to an opinion survey.

The poll, conducted by the Bangkok University Research Center during Dec 16-19, 2010 , asked 663 foreign tourists at seven tourist attractions about the reasons that draw them to Bangkok.
