Internet access is usually available in most hotels and guesthouses in most towns. The connection is relatively slow comparing to western standard but it is the best way you can use to keep in touch with your homeland.
Several Internet cafes Phnom Penh and Siem Reap also provide net phone service. The rates start from 1 to 3 USD per hour, depending on the connectivity of each city. There are Internet cafes in Battambang and Sihanoukville but the access is limited and more expensive than those in Siem Reap and Phnom Penh.
