SSL encodes your credit card number, so that it is available only to you and the trusted financial institution. This encryption makes doing business over the Internet as secure as making a purchase by telephone.
All transaction related information will be passed on to the trusted financial institution, and we do not maintain in our server any of your financial information, including but not limited to credit card's name, number and expiry date.

| How do I make payment? |

| Currently, CircleOfAsia.com's online reservation system supports secured payment through VISA and MASTER. CircleOfAsia.com is a REAL-TIME reservation system. The bank will confirm your payment within 30-90 seconds of submitting your credit card information. Alternatively, you can select to make payment by FAX using VISA, MASTER or AMERICAN
EXPRESS. All payments made using credit cards will be charged in US Dollars.

| How do I pay, having purchased a product from
CircleOfAsia.com? |

| Currently our system supports payment through VISA, MASTER and AMERICAN EXPRESS. You make a payment by clicking Pay Online in the
My Trips page which is linked to our payment page. After reviewing the Reservation Information and Reservation Policy, you can select to make payment by online credit card (VISA or MASTER) or select to make payment by fax through our Credit Card Payment Form (VISA, MASTER or AMERICAN EXPRESS). |

is your cancellation and refund policy? |
|
All bookings will require full payment, of which the total amount will be non-refundable after payment has been charged upon you . Any cancellation or major changes, thereafter, will be subjected to a progressive cancellation fee according to the number of days you make known in advance:
*Cancellation made more than 30 days before the date of arrival will not be subjected to any cancellation fee. However, your initial payment, at full amount, will be credited towards your next purchase with
Circle Of Asia which will have to be made within 1 calendar year after the date of cancellation.
*Cancellation made between 30-7 days before the date of arrival will be refunded the amount of reservation less a 30% cancellation fee.
*There will be no refund, or 100% cancellation fee for guests who do not show up and for cancellations made known less than 7 days before the date of arrival.
ALL requests for cancellation must be sent directly to us by e-mail
or faxed to

The refund will be transferred to your bank account if the tour is paid by cash. For customers who pay through a credit card, please note that the refund will be subject to a 3% processing fee charged by the credit card company. This does not include the loss of the currency conversion that might take place on the day that the refund is
transferred to your account. In addition, the crediting process could take up to two months in some case, depending on the bank or the credit card company.
We will not accept or process any cancellation request which are sent to other agencies, hotels, or third parties. We will not be liable for any claims on unintentional bookings or fraudulent actions.

sort of acknowledgement will I receive when I book a hotel room? |
|
After the payment is paid, a hotel voucher will be sent directly to the
hotel which you make a reservation with. You only present your
identification to the hotel reception when you check in. This is to help
reduce the amount of document you have to carry during your travel. However,
a confirmation of reservation can be provided via an e-mail upon your
request. |

| As a subscriber to our site, you receive free regular updates on travel deals and great service offers from
CircleOfAsia.com. The information you request is sent to your e-mail address on a regular basis (though it can be canceled at any time). |

Form. We will send the information to the e-mail address on record for that account. |

| Generally, many hotels allow one child under age 12 to share the room with parents free of charge on room only and breakfast will be charged for half of the price. However, each hotel has different child policies and sometimes conditions can be negotiated. You will be advised on the child policy upon your booking of the hotel. |
